DELIVERY

We provide worldwide shipping. Shipping & handling costs depend on your location and will appear at the check out page after entering your address.

Shipping & handling costs:

Netherlands: €5
Europe: €10
Rest of the world: €15 – €25

European orders over €100 and all other orders over €150 get free shipping.

Approximate delivery times:

Netherlands: 1-3 days
Europe: 5-14 days
Rest of the world: 7-20 days

NOTE: From December 2019, all items ship from The Hague, Netherlands. Shipping costs and times for Spain and The Netherlands therefore are different. Unfortunately, other shipping costs had to be increased too*.

*It’s possible to get lower shipping costs, by sending your order without a tracking code. Exact rates differ per country. To request this, please send an email to: hello@revve.studio, before placing your order. 

If your country can’t be selected in the list, please send an email to: orders@revve.studio. And we’ll sort this out for you.

Most pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 1-7 working days for items to ship. Once shipped you’ll receive a shipment email with tracking details to follow your package.

For countries outside the EU, taxes, duties or other charges may be added for delivery when arrived in your country. These costs are for your own account. Please make yourself aware of any charges that may apply before your purchase.

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return your items if your not happy with them and get a full refund. In case you want to return an item, please send an email to: orders@revve.studio including:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Date of receiving the package

We only accept returns when sent back with a valid tracking number in their original (or, if no longer available, comparable) packaging. Shipping costs in case of a return are for your own account*. Send your returns to:

Once sent, let us know the tracking number by sending an email to: orders@revve.studio. We’ll let you know when we received your return and will make sure your money will be transferred to your account within 14 days.

* Paypal now offers a service where you can get a shipping refund for returns. See their website for more info.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Although we take special care in preventing the items from damage during the shipment process, there’s a minor chance that your piece gets damaged during the shipment. In case this happened, please send an email to: orders@revve.studio within 48 hours of receiving the order, including:

  1. Your order number
  2. What kind of damage there is with attached pictures of it
  3. Date of receiving the package
  4. If you’d prefer a replacement (we’ll send you the same item as soon as we received your return) or a refund (we’ll transfer the money back to your account within 14 days)
